Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made on this website from PaulOne Honey. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products and prices

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Product photos show the real products, but honey is a natural product: colour and crystallisation can vary between batches.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when payment is completed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. You will receive an order confirmation by email with a link to follow your order.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Australia only. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout before you pay, and delivery is free for orders over $100. Once your order ships, you receive tracking details.

Returns and problems

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund, as provided by the Australian Consumer Law. As honey is a food product, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened jars — if something else is wrong, talk to us and we will find a solution.
